I have 2 dogs.  Lily and Lucy.  They rarely make a blog appearance.  They were my babies before my babies.  I was obsessed with them.  Now, I feel sad for them.  They are quite neglected.  I cuddle with them at night and still let them sleep with us, but often times I threaten to put them on craigslist....well, mostly Lucy.  She STILL goes potty in the house.  It drives me NUTS.  I need to be a better dog mom.  I talk to my friends and they feel the same way.  My poor kids are NEVER gonna get a puppy. 

New Favorites.

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer  This is a magical potion.  Put this on in the morning before your shadow and your shadow will look perfect when you go to take it off.  Best. Ever.

Dr. Jart.  I've posted about this before, but I just love it.  I used it everyday in Hawaii and it's amazing.  I wore a hat the whole time and this and NEVER got burned on my face.  It's funny because now I do all that I can to get no sun, where as, years ago I would spend hours getting my tan on.  While in Maui, I'd see all these old ladies whose skin looked like leather just soaking up those rays...I refuse to look like that.  I like my pasty skin.  Gotta love my tan towels!

Revlon Lip Butter  I find it really hard to spend $$$ on lip gloss.  I love these.  Have them in a few colors and I love them.

Maybelline Liquid Liner  I've tried the expensive liners before and this is my favorite.   Love it and it's cheap!  I'm in a liquid liner phase right now.

My Little Dancer.

Presley is my little dancer.  She loves her dance class.  Today our costumes came for the recital.  I can't wait for my little ballerina to hit the stage. 

Blogger Sighting.

Ok, we've all admitted it.  We stalk other blogs.  It's funny because I read so many people's blogs I've never met, but somehow feel like I know them.  I have conversations with my friends about them and they've even been in my dreams, (I am weird, I know!!)  Anyhow, while in Maui I met some of my favorite bloggers, John, Sherry and Clara from Young House Love!  We were at our resort and there is a walkway that goes in front of it and I was standing there with Violet, just lookng a the beach, when John, Sherry and Clara come walking by.  I recognized them immediately and ran up and said hi!  I told them I read their blog everyday and was such a fan.  We chatted.  I introduced Violet to Clara.  They are the nicest people!  I asked them if strangers come up to them often, they said that nobody has in Maui yet and I was the first.  So fun!  If you haven't checked out their blog, do!  It's a good read.

Oh, and remember Kellie Martin from Life Goes On and Lifetime Movies, like the one where her character kills Tori Spelling's character because she just wanted to be popular?  Well, she was there also with her family.  Super nice.  Travis asked me, Why on earth did you recognize her?  Because she just looked so normal. But I am also obsessed with celebrities, and I immediately recognized her.  Weird, I know, but I am weird.

I love celeb sightings. 

My friend Carrie saw Lindsay Lohan the last time she was in Maui a few years ago.  That's a good one.

 Phew....my made it.  We successfully traveled to Hawaii with all 3 kids and did NOT kill each other, in fact, I think I kinda love Travis a little more!  This vacation was perfect.  Sure, there were times I wanted to strangle the kids or Travis, but it's nothing a few cocktails, deep breaths or laughs couldn't fix.  We relaxed.  We played.  We swam, We ate. We whale watched.  We visited the aquarium.  We beached.  Trav golfed.  We drank.  We met some new friends.  Went to a luau.  We danced on stage.  We ate fish everyday. We spent a morning at the Urgent Care.  We spotted celebrities.  We spotted blogger celebrities.  We are soo sad we are back.  10 days is too short!  We are definately going back and bringing Kelsey!!

Home Sweet Home!

Too Many Shoes.

It's no secret I have a problem, well many problems, but I can admit I have a shoe buying problem.  It's intense.  I figure I don't collect anything else, except maybe headbands, so it's my collection. 

The other day I couldn't find the girls.  I found them in my closet.  Ususally they have my underwear around their necks, hats on and trying to walk in my 4 inch heels.  I remember when I was little, probably 4 or so, spending hours in my moms closet.  See, that must be when my obsession started.

Remember when I posted about how my new closet will have his/her closets, this is why.  It's a cluster. 



I forsee I'll probably have a huge problem when these girls are teenagers....hopefully they wear size 8.5!
