Presley....

Presley is obsessed with the computer. She loves to play secretary. Travis is thinking of hiring her as the new administrative assistant for Nine Pine Developments!

I had to go to the dollar store last week to pic up a few things and Presley was being such a little sassy pants. She was so fussy that the only thing that calmed her down was this kitchen scrubber. She played with it while I ran all my errands and all night. Hey....whatever keeps this teething child satisfied, I am all for it!!

Travis's 30th Birthday Party!

Travis turns 30 on Halloween, so I planned a fun party for him this past Saturday. I rented out Pounder's, a bar in Ellensburg. A lot of people showed up and we had such a great time! It's not very often we actually get to go out and have fun with friends, since we have our two little pumpkin's, so it was a great celebration! My family and a few friends drove over, as well as Travis's family and friends. Travis has been working so hard lately, so it was a great time for him to let loose and have fun! Weekend in Winthrop

Since Travis was hunting all weekend, the twins and I went to Winthrop with my mom and Randy for the weekend. It was so pretty and the weather was perfect! The weekend was relaxing and I actually found time to start a book, Twilight, which I read in 3 days and am already onto the 2nd book of the series and slept in a King size bed all by myself:)) So comfy! On Saturday my mom and I took the twins on a long walk/hike through the trails up by SunMountain Lodge. It was about 4/5 miles and we were working hard pushing the jogging stroller up hills and over rocks. It was quite the workout and the twins enjoyed their bumpy ride! The trees were so pretty and very colorful.

Honk...Honk...watch out! New toy. I love getting the kids new toys. It's so fun to watch them play with it. Maybe that's the reason why my living room looks the way that it does? I just give up when it comes to picking up after them everyday. I just get bored and when I get bored, I go to Fred Meyer or shop online. I swear....I think I may have a problem.

Quick Update!

This is quick....but drumroll please...............

Presley has teeth!!!!! 2 little bottom teeth have finally popped through!!!! So cute! Cash's are coming, I can see them, it'll be just a matter of days before they pop through.

Also, both are crawling like little monkey's!! EVERWHERE!!!!!!! They are no longer in one spot and they are so good at it!

I am so proud of my little babies! They are just so perfect.

8 months!

Today the twins are 8 months old. Crazy. I can't believe it's gone by so fast. Everyday it still blows my mind that just 8 monts ago, both babies were in my belly!

Things are going good. Both babies are growing like little weeds and needing new clothes every other day I feel like. Cash is HUGE. He's very long and lean and has lots of muscles. He has such a little boy body. His hair is getting long and very wild. He has callics EVERYWHERE. It'll be interesting to see what his hair is going to be like when he's older. So far, he's such a typical boy....rough, strong, and just mows over everything and everyone (Presley). He pulls her hair and grabs her face, which makes her MAD! He loves to give me kisses, but he's so rough. He'll grab my cheeks and pull my face in, it's painful, but sweet:) Cash is a army crawler and is slowly starting to crawl the real way.

Presley is a very typical girl. She's dainty and very gentle. She'll just sit up and play with her toys so gently. She is starting to crawl and is very good at crawling backwards, until she has her self up against a wall and then she'll scream for help. Presley loves her jumper and will spend up to an hour jumping away. Hey, if it keeps her occupied and quiet, I don't care how long she's in it for. She's actually been growing a little faster lately, but still has a long time before she's as big as Cash.

Both babies are starting to teeth, so we have our bad days. Bad days mean= mommy calls daddy crying bc mommy just can't take the crankiness and needs to be relieved ASAP! (Which was Thursday and Friday) They love love love food and have figured out that mommy and daddy eat food and they want that food and if they don't get that food, they cry. They love puffs and Pirate's Booty. Both are getting very good at feeding themselves. No teeth yet, hopefully soon, so they can start eating some other foods. I spent the whole day making baby food today all organic, applesauce, sweet potatoes and squash...yummmmm. It actually tastes really good! Also, both babies are sleeping at night so perfectly!!! 7:30-6am. Yea! I have been going to be no later than 9pm. I DVR all my shows, bc I am so addicted, then watch them during their AM nap. It's actually motivation to get up in the morning....sad, I know, but if it works!!??

We've been keeping busy. Lots of play dates. We usually have something planned everyday. It's nice to go somewhere other than our living room. The babies have lots of friends!! My treadmill has been out of commission for the past week, which was bad for me, bc that is how I relax, (weird, i know), so I've been bundling the babies up and going to the highschool on the track. The babies LOVE it! They are quiet for all 5 miles, which is sooooo nice! They love the fresh air. Travis is off hunting this weekend, so my mom came over. It's nice having help when he leaves. It still is hard doing it all by myself. I have it down pretty good, but the help is nice.
Travis just started his 4th house..woohoo! He's doing phenomenal! I feel bad though, bc he's always stressed. That is why I am planning a super fun bday party for him for his 30th! I am excited and it should be a good time!!

Anyways, that is our family update.

PS. I bought the twins halloween costumes today. Cash is going to be a bumblebee and Presley is going to be a ladybug. I can't wait!

We were getting ready for our run today and I just had to snap a pic real quick, because Presley was just too cute. She has such a perfect little face.

Sassy Lady.

Can't you tell she's a girl. She already has the glare. I think it's natural for girls. When we go to the store and people are cooing at the babies, Cash is always smiling and Presley glares. It's funny. She's very very very sassy. I better watch out for her teen years!

Cash had crawled underneath Presley while she was jumping. He didn't seem to mind her jumping on him and she didn't mind jumping on him. They are so funny with each other now!! I just sit on the couch and laugh. Endless amounts of fun!

Big News!!

It's official, both babies are crawling!! I can't believe how big they are getting......it's kinda sad, but also very exciting! Presley started last night and she does this cute little double scoot with her little booty in the air. It's hilarious! Cash is getting very good at the army crawl and loves to go after my cell phone and the dogs.

New Stroller

Yea, I bought a new stroller, which I am so excited about. I feel like I am buying strollers every other week......With twins, it's hard because if you want to "run" in and grab something at a store, you have bring 2 babies in with you and right now they are almost out of their infant carriers and I can't physically carry both of them and unfortuately they don't walk on their own. So, I have to buy a umbrella stroller, something smaller than my jogging stroller that I can bring with me everywhere. This is the best option that I found bc it folds up the smallest. I had to really justify why I needed our 3rd stroller to Travis, but I don't care what he says....we need it! I am so jealous of all the moms out there who only have one baby, you have so many more stroller options! I can't wait to get it:) Gosh, my life has changed....am I really excited for a new stroller.......surely I'd be more excited about a new handbag or shoes:(

Happy Birthday Lily Belle!

My dearest Lily Belle is 4 today! I feel like it was just yesterday I picked her up to take her home. She only weighted 2 pounds and was such a little sweetheart. Now, she's 8 pounds of sass. Nicknamed, "Bitchy Lily", don't get near her, she'll bite your nose off! Of course to me, she's always an angel and has really been my best friend for the past 4 years. I can't get enough of her kisses and cuddles:)))

Watch Out Ladies!

Is he not the cutest little boy ever?? He is going to melt some hearts when he's older! Cash already is a ladies man, of course when I go anywhere with the twins, girls just swoon over Cash and he's such a flirt, smiling and cooing at them:) Presley is a natural girl and glares. She'll definately be protective over her brother.

One of my favorite things to do is dress the twins. It's so much fun. I just love clothes and shopping and since I don't get to do for myself anymore, since my daily work attire is sweats and a shirt, getting the kids dressed is so much fun. Aren't they adorable?? I love Presley's side profile, her mohawk was really good that day!!

Cash Crawls

Cash started to crawl a couple days ago. He usually crawls to get a cell phone or remote. I have been trying to get it on video. Last night I was successful. He's getting to be such a big boy. Presley is on the verge, but can't get it down yet....hopefully soon!

It just doesn't get cuter than this! I made her some bows. She actually keeps them in, her hair is just a little bit too fine for them to stay in.

Heather Turns the BIG 3-0!

Jenny, Patti, Heather, Bergen Carrie and I were BF's in high school and I still think we all look good for turning 30 this year. I still can't believe we are getting so old! So sad!
Heather Conniff turned 30 this month. Her husband, Pat, gets the award for the "BEST husband of the year" and planned a very special birthday celebration for her! Heather was a beautiful birthday girl and I wish her the best for her 30's!! Pat and Heater were lucky enough to celebrate her real birthday in Italy, so I definately think that 30 will be a good year....maybe kids?? Cash and Presley needs some friends! hint hint:)
